The Phonak Lumity L90 is the latest flagship model from Phonak.
Phonak claim to have improved speech understanding in complex situations using the new StereoZoom 2.0 which automatically focuses the hearing aids to the person speaking giving 16% better clarity.
The Lumity also benefit from the new SpeechSensor feature which detects the direction from which the main speech signal is coming from. This information is then sent to AutoSense OS 5.0 which automatically adjusts the directional microphones giving 15% better speech perception to the side and rear of the wearer. This should also give better awareness of the surrounding environment.
These aids have features to help with speech in loud noise, echo block, and you can even access Siri with just a tap to the aids!
Like their predecessor the "Paradise" they also have the ability to connect to a wide variety of bluetooth devices for direct streaming of audio.
Phonak Lumity provides connectivity to iOS® and Android™ smartphones, TVs, Roger devices and wireless accessories.
Universal connectivity enables Phonak Lumity hearing aids to seamlessly connect to all of your favorite devices. Make true hands-free calls and pair up to eight Bluetooth® enabled devices, while two are simultaneously connected.
The aids change program automatically by scanning their environment meaning no fiddling with the aids to get the optimum sound in all situations.
As is becoming the norm, the aids are rechargeable. There is also the option to have the aids in a waterproof version called Lumity Life. The aids have extensive remote programming facilities meaning that wherever you are in the World we can remotely fine tune the aids and even conduct a hearing screening as if you were in the clinic. This gives us the ability to give the highest level of aftercare service.
